• Digital Mandir: Creating a personal Shyam Darbar and performing daily rituals (Aarti, Morpankh, and Rose offerings).

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

• Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to register using your mobile number via OTP (One-Time Password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

If the App offers premium features, subscriptions, or digital offerings:

• Payment Processing: We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process payments. We do not store your credit card or UPI details.

• Trial Periods: We may offer trial periods (e.g., ₹1 verification). After the trial, standard subscription fees may apply.

This includes updates regarding your Darshan, rituals, or subscription status.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, such as images of Darshan, Aarti audio, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Firstprinciple AppsForBharat Pvt Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial devotional purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
